Warranty

All new Kieslect smartwatches are covered by a 1-year (12 months) limited warranty starting from the original purchase date. 

Warranty Covered

• Malfunctioning touchscreens, displays, or internal hardware.
• Faulty internal biometric sensors (heart rate, SpO2, GPS).
• Persistent Bluetooth or connectivity failures that aren't tied to your phone.
• Unprovoked physical defects in the watch case, buttons, or included charging accessories.

Warranty NOT Covered

• Cracks or dents resulting from severe drops or accidental impacts.
• Water entry that exceeds the device's rated limits.
• Damages caused by operating outside standard temperatures.
• Self opening the watch case or using non-Kieslect components.
• Normal wear and tear (scratches on the screen, fading of the strap).
